SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

SHIPPING

After your payment is verified, it may take up to 48 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 9pm CST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 9pm CST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday. Shipping is a flat rate regardless of the amount of your merchandise purchase and will not vary based on distance, only by speed of service.

 

RETURNS

Your satisfaction is our goal. If you are not satisfied with the items purchased, you may return them for a refund of the purchase price only. Shipping fees or taxes related to the shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Customers are responsible for all outbound and return shipping costs. Exceptions to this policy will be made for defective items only. In the event of defective merchandise, or a shipment of the wrong item, Authentically Pure, LLC will reimburse the customer for the cost of shipping the merchandise back. In order to receive a reimbursement for the shipping fees back to AuthenticallyPure.com, customers MUST ship the merchandise back either standard mail or other GROUND shipping services. If any other methods are used (Next day, 2nd day, etc.) shipping costs will not be reimbursed even in the event of damaged or wrong shipped merchandise.

  • All returns must be received within 10 calendar days from date of purchase to receive a refund

  • Final sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable 

  • All returns MUST be in new and unused condition in original packaging 

  • Invoice # and Billing Name must appear on the Return/Exchange Form

 

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

All products sold by Authentically Pure, LLC are brand new and are manufactured to meet the highest quality. All prices are subject to change without notice. Products are shipped via United States Postal Services and become the sole property of the purchaser upon delivery to the specified shipping address. 

 

For shipping damage and defective items, customers should contact Authentically Pure, LLC within 24 hours of receiving product via telephone and email. Any discrepancy, including wrong items or missing items, should be reported within 24 hours of receiving product. Because of the nature of the internet, online ordering your purchase from Authentically Pure, LLC you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
